The 2.5 hectare Semillon vineyard at Rosnay was planted by the Statham family in 1998 on light soils to produces low yielding, high quality Semillon.

The grapes are grown using organic and biodynamic methods, and is made with a bare minimum of sulfur added to ensure it arrives to you in perfect condition.

The fruit is picked in the cool of the night and pressed immediately and lightly. Cold fermentation, no malolactic (secondary) fermentation and no oak give it an elegant simplicity. The wine has developed some complexity and character in the bottle.
